LDI3 is please to announce that Laser Diagnostic Instrument AS has formed a joint venture, Altomni Ltd., with PinPoint Cayman Holdings Inc. to exploit airborne FLS-LiDAR applications. Altomni Ltd. has granted an exclusive worldwide license for environmental applications using the airborne FLS-LiDARs to PinPoint Environmental Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the joint venture.
